I am a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer offering a range of training options to suit the needs of busy lifestyles; whether you require one to one training, small group sessions or corporate classes - I can cater for all your fitness requirements.
You can join me in-person in studios in Glenageary, South Dublin or I can call to your home or office. Alternatively you can join online, from the comfort of your home or place of work.
My group classes cater for total beginners right through to advanced Pilates, providing classes suitable for all levels of fitness.
I also offer prenatal and postnatal Pilates and individual personal training, focusing on providing a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.

Meet Ruth
Ruth certified as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor with U.C.D. Sports and Fitness - she is passionate about health and wellness. Ruth loves to build on her knowledge and has subsequently trained in advanced mat Pilates, Barre Pilates, Pre and Post-natal Pilates and Pilates for Rotational Sports - constantly learning and updating her skills, most recently completing a course on Pilates and a Healthy Menopause.
Ruth loves to teach Pilates in both groups and one to one sessions, sharing her passion for Pilates and observing her clients enjoy the physical and mental health benefits that come with their dedicated Pilates practice.
