Beginners Pilatesthis class is for absolute beginners, for those working with an injury or imbalance in the body or who haven’t practiced Pilates for quite some time. I understand that everyone’s body is unique, and my aim is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to progress at your own pace.

In this class, I will guide you through the classical Pilates moves, ensuring you learn the correct techniques to move safely and effectively through your practice.  The moves will challenge, strengthen core and introduce you to the basics of Pilates – equipping you with the skills to progress your practice.  The emphasis is on simple yet powerful movements that promote stability, mobility, balance, and strength.

Expect to leave each class with improved posture, increased body awareness, and a sense of accomplishment. Whether you’re here to address specific concerns, build strength, or simply enjoy a more gentle practice, Beginners Pilates is your starting point on the journey to a healthier, more balanced you.

Power Pilates – elevate your Pilates practice with this invigorating class where we seamlessly integrate light weights (1kg) for a transformative total body workout.

Experience the fusion of traditional Pilates with dynamic resistance training, sculpting and toning every inch of your body. Engage in controlled, flowing sequences – focus on core activation to build strength and stability, and enhance your flexibility and control with each movement. The inclusion of light weights adds a dynamic element, intensifying your engagement and promoting a well-rounded sculpting effect on your arms, shoulders, legs, and glutes.

This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or new to Pilates.

Private

If you prefer to work out from the comfort of your own home or struggle to get to studio classes – one to one private Pilates/personal training can be the best way to start your fitness journey. 

I will work with you to develop a bespoke fitness plan designed specifically for you to address your unique fitness goals. 

Private Pilates/personal training can be ideal for those working from home, stay at home mums or those who are time poor and find it challenging to carve out some time for wellness and self-care.  As a busy working mum I am aware of the challenges facing those with young families and recognise the benefits of exercise for both physical and mental wellbeing – taking time out of your daily schedule for your own wellbeing and self-care reaps rewards for you, your partner and children.

As lives get busier, it can be difficult to find time for wellness and self-care – forward thinking companies are striving to help employees with their fitness and wellbeing – recognising that happy and healthy employees are integral to an organisation’s success. 

I provide a corporate service for companies to run Pilates classes at their place of work or online.  My classes are designed to improve posture and address the physical needs of those who spend much of their day at a desk, whilst also bringing your team together in a positive and healthy way.

Bringing the best form of physical and mindful movement to your team  – I will work with you to develop a strategy for wellbeing designed to meet your team’s unique needs and help foster a culture of wellbeing within your organisation – leading to a healthier, more focused  and energetic team.

Classes are either 30 or 45 minutes and finish with a gentle shavasana to ease your team back to their day with a clearer vision – resetting the body and mind.
